Youth Retreats & Trips

We are an “on-the-go” type of Youth Group! Here are some of the “biggies” we travel too.

Xtreme Conference in Branson, Mo.
Explosive Concerts, Vertical Worship and Life Changing Messages. This three day retreat is for Senior High Students only and is an incredible way to begin every new year!

Spring Break Trip
Each Spring Break we travel to either Breckenridge, Colorado, or Walt Disney World in Florida. No matter where we go, the Youth at FUMC always have an awesome week of fellowship and fun, all the while, growing in their relationship with Jesus Christ.

Ozark Mission Project
OMP is an all time favorite mission trip, where youth from all over the state of Arkansas travel to a specified destination and work together with other teens to help the elderly in our state. Projects that they complete include building wheel chair ramps, painting houses, repairing roofs, porch railings, yard work, cleaning, and much more. This trip is one that doesn’t sound all that fun, because we work, but is truly one of the best trips we take all year. OMP leaves a lasting impression of how important it is to reach out to those in need.

Student Life at the Beach
This is a ministry trip that enriches and grows our students in their faith. Set at Orange Beach, AL, it allow everyone who attends to have fun in the Gulf, but also offers super worship times that include national youth speakers, awesome bands, crazy dramas, contests, games and fellowship.

Arkansas Chrysalis
Chrysalis is a three day spiritual retreat for students who are 15 to 19 years old. It is an awesome experience that will allow students to explore God in a deeper sense and find out how God can use them as Christian leaders in their community.
