two Services, one church
Going to church can be intimidating. We want to make you feel welcomed and comfortable at First United Methodist Church (FUMC) of Hot Springs. We offer two different styles of worship in order to reach the range of musical and worship tastes.
Traditional Services
Traditional worship services are held in the sanctuary at 8:15 and 10:45 am on Sunday. Traditional organ and piano music, hymns, liturgy, and a sermon are presented in a classic Methodist style.
The Connexion Service
The ConneXion service is a contemporary worship service held in the Christian Life Center at 10:45 am on Sunday. The ConneXion Praise Team (consisting of vocals, guitars, bass, drums, and keyboard) creates an uplifting and modern atmosphere in worship.

Christian Life Center
The Christian Life Center features a weight room and a walking track, which are available to church members during the following times:
Monday - Thursday 7:00 am to 8:00 pm
Friday 7:00 am to 5:30 pm
Saturday Closed
Sunday 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm
If the facilities are not in use near the scheduled closing time they may be closed sooner. Please call the church office at (501) 623-6668 during inclement weather to find out if the Christian Life Center will be open.
