Our Confirmation program for 6th - 8th grade students typically consists of a dinner & youth worship each Wednesday evening in the Fall for 9 weeks.  We also have classes on Wednesday evenings that both students and their parent(s) attend together under the instruction of our pastors. A weekend retreat is also typically planned where the students can dig deeper into their Confirmation journey, get to have some fun and spend some quality time with their peers outdoors.  Parents/guardians, students, staff, volunteers and pastors all contribute to the success of our program.  We strive to give our students an overview of the Bible, United Methodist history and theology, and safe space to question and develop an understanding of the faith so that they may begin to profess and live out their faith.

Orientation class is for parents/guardians and students.  Orientation is September 4, 2024 @ 6pm, anyone 6th - 8th grade is welcome.  

Confirmation classes officially begin Wednesday, Sept. 11th, 5:30pm - 7:30pm.

Typical Confirmation schedule:

• 5:30    Dinner in Cupp Hall with youth
  
• 6:00    Youth worship (youth band & message from youth leader)
  
• 6:30     Confirmation Class
• 7:30     Class ends
