Our Confirmation program for 6thgrade students typically consists of classes on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings, field trips, and retreats. Parents/guardians, mentors, staff, and volunteers all contribute to the success of our program. We strive to give our students an overview of the Bible, United Methodist history and theology, and safe space to question and develop an understanding of the faith so that they may begin to profess and live out their faith.
Orientation class is for parents/guardians and students. We will post the Orientation date and tentative Confirmation schedule here prior to school starting.
Typical Confirmation schedule:
Collaborate Bible Study on Sundays at 10 am in the Christian Life Center in room #205 will cover the Old and New Testaments
Tween Time on Wednesdays in the Fall semester from 6:00 – 7:00 pm in the Christian Life Center in room #205. It will consist of fun games and an informative understanding of the overreaching themes of the Bible for confirmand students.
